The donuts are made fresh to order right in front of you, and the entire experience was just as sweet as the treats themselves. The staff member who helped us was absolutely fabulous—friendly, patient, and explained everything perfectly. The donuts? Out-of-this-world delicious. Soft, warm, melt-in-your-mouth perfection with fun and creative toppings. Truly some of the BEST donuts we’ve ever had!😄 Our only regret? We devoured them so fast we forgot to take a picture! "Great service. Somehow the computer didn't pick up one of the two donuts that were supposed to be the same on my group's tab. I'm not sure how it happened because I watched both people order the same donut. The lady printed the receipt to show us there was only one. As we were ordering that second donut, a man (I'm assuming the manager) came out to tell us not to worry about ordering it that they'd have it made for us. It was obviously not their fault, but he was still kind enough to give us that second one. Also, the donuts are great. If you are a fan of French toast, I recommend the French toast donut from Duck Donuts."

"Four of us were looking forward to gathering here one morning, but the sole employee said the wait was a half hour due to orders she had to prepare… More time than we had. We suggest a brief break or a second employee to take care of dine-in guests. Starbucks got our business instead."
