There are hardly ever mistakes made, but when there is a mistake it is easily handled and done so in a polite friendly manner. I highly recommend H & C coffee especially for restaurants. They go above and beyond to make your experience great, and the coffee and tea tastes fantastic."

"You should probably have your drivers not drive 20 miles over the speed limit and weave in and out of traffic in a box truck. Almost hitting people, especially when they've got your name on it. And just to give you some information, this was on 460 at 8:05 a.m. going towards Bedford. Your driver was going 65 mph in a 45 through town and then upwards of 75 on the highway"
