"I have tried a cycle class and hustle flow class so far. I really liked the cycle class - good music, choreography, and support from the instructor in setting up my bike and learning the moves. It was a very welcoming environment. I really enjoyed the flow of the yoga class. It was challenging but rewarding. This was my first time doing hot yoga and I found the 100° temperature was not a good fit for my body, as I get dehydration-induced migraines. I know they offer other types of classes at lower temperatures, but it might be nice to offer the flow at a lower temperature if others were interested. The hustle hydrator at the potion bar was a great way to rehydrate after class. Overall, I've had a good experience here and encourage others to try out the intro deals they offer online."
