"When me and my husband visited to Roanoke downtown, we were supposed to go to the other restaurants. But when we pass by this brewery, we just wanted to try this place. We were traveling with a dog so we got the outdoor table. The weather was good and the vibe of this place also was really good :) We ordered beer first. I wanted to try many kinds of beer so I chose 4 difference beer in the small glasses. It looked really nice also tastes nice. Also we ordered the chicken dish and Mac & cheese. They both were really good. We had a great time in this place in Roanoke."

"I have been here several times and its always been a good experience. Chyna is friendly and attentive. Food is fresh and has good flavor. Beers are always delicious and varied. Went on a Tuesday to get the $12 burger and pint special, what a great deal! They use a brioche bun and have good fries. This has street parking and is near the parking garage. Happy hour is 3-5 m-f $2 off beer, cocktails and apps."

"Three Notch’d was a great time overall. Amazing on tap beers and a wonderful place to grab a bite to eat. I went with a group of co-workers on a work trip and I had a blast. Staff was friendly and helpful also. I have to say, next time I am in town I will be stopping here first."

"We had did not know this place had such a delicious looking menu; so we are planning a return trip. We just wanted to taste some beer (all good) and had to try the gouchujang fried tofu. A generous portion for the money and you may need some water to cool your palate, but my my was it good. Looking forward to returning."

"We usually try to find a brewery, distillery or winery that serves food when we go out, and Three Notch'd fit the bill. We all got beer (naturally.) Between the 4 of us, we tried Sunny Buns, Firefly Nights, Ghost of the James, Virginia Light and Jack's Java Espresso Stout. We also tried Rocket Pop Craft Cocktail which lead to us getting a few 12 packs of the variety packs. My husband also left with Orion Corn Whiskey. For lunch: Hot Honey Chicken (honey wasn't hot enough, pimento cheese was a little runny but chicken was tasty), Asian Lettuce wraps (very good), Chimichurri Street Tacos (very good) and 40 Mile Philly (not a traditional Philly steak but pretty good craft version.) All and all a fun little spot I'm sure we will visit again."
