"Our first time visiting The Cavalier Hotel was truly memorable. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning—rich in history and elegance—and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The valet and front entrance staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My mother and I enjoyed lunch at Becca Restaurant & Garden, and everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. Most of all, our waiter James made the experience exceptional. He was warm, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, and his attentive service truly elevated our first visit. He made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of. We absolutely loved our time at Becca and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!"

"Me and my family came in for the first time tonight and I can not say enough good things about our experience. Everything from the food to the experience was phenomenal. Kailyn was our server and exceeded expectations. Made us feel very cared for and was very attentive. The manager Lars came over and greeted us, thanked us for coming out and made our experience even better. We will certainly be back. Our only regret is that it took this long to come in. I understand why Becca is rated as highly as it is."

"We wanted the ambiance of the Cavalier and a special holiday lunch. We left very disappointed. Three menu items were not available including an entree we planned to order. The restaurant was not crowded and multiple other tables, like us, waited over 45 minutes for our food.Our server was attentive and professional and couldn’t help “the kitchen is backed up.” We inquired about our food twice, each time being told it was on its way out. Our server asked the restaurant manager to speak to us. Of course he apologized. We asked about a complimentary glass of wine and he obliged. My crab cake was good but had too much filler for my liking. My friend’s burger tasted charred and she said she’d never order it again. The fries, however, were delicious! Locals we struck up conversation with said this was not their usual experience. They had out of town guests with them and voiced their embarrassment over the experience."

She made sure everything was perfect, gave great recommendations, and kept the vibe upbeat and welcoming. The food was delicious, but Gabriella’s service truly made the experience stand out. "Came here for desert and a cocktail. Everything was amazing. Jack, our server was very attentive and they even placed a candle and a “happy birthday” stamped chocolate on my already delicious crème brûlée. The smoked old fashioned was perfect and the atmosphere was opulent, so beautiful, took me to another era. Will definitely come back!"
