"So I have a 5 star on food...for full disclosure I did not have food, I had a peach honey latte. The peaches and honey were both locally sourced. This was very delicious! It is a bit sweet, which sweet is not my flavor profile, but I knew it would likely be sweet so I was ready for this! It is a very well balanced flavor overall and overly sweet. I think had I remembered to ask for an extra shot of espresso it would have been perfect!!!"

"My kids had the best time yesterday. Va Beach false summer days are some of the best days. Sawdust’s service and menu was fantastic! The location alone is a joyful experience. Sitting out on the porch, having a bite with a gentle wind blowing by. The food is delicious and has such an earthy feel to it. The pimento BLT left me speechless. My kids really enjoyed the playground area and treehouse too."

"Cute little cozy coffee shop set inside of an old house. There is plenty of comfortable seating inside and out, and a reading nook where you can pick up a book and settle in to read. Great spot to relax and stay a while as you enjoy a coffee and some breakfast. Their menu consists of year round staples as well as seasonal items that rotate out regularly. The coffee is good quality and the different homemade syrups are always fun to try. The food is good, but I feel like it is a little overpriced for what you get. The employees are really nice."

"Truly a mom and pop coffee shop. Great atmosphere and many customers in spite of absolutely no signage from the road and confusing parking situation. A delightful converted house with plenty of seating inside and out. Service took a while and the coffee was good."
