Julia went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group had a great experience, and the whole team was equally kind, helpful, and engaging. From painting to personalizing our pieces, the experience was not only relaxing but also incredibly fun. It’s such a unique activity and a total hidden gem. "This place is phenomenal! Very highly recommend 😁🧜‍♀️ My best friend’s mom and I stoped by on a whim while on vacation last week and the lady at the desk was incredibly kind and helpful! She explained everything to us and when we said we didn’t have time to stay and make something she told us about the super cool take-home kits and helped both of us pick everything out. I just finished mine at home and it was not only super fun, creative, and unique but the directions in the take-home kit were very easy to follow and I had everything I needed (I added the felt flowers and glitter letters from my own craft supplies though.) There’s still tons of paint and glitter left over that I wish I’d gotten another item or 2 to paint as well 😄 Thanks Mermaid Factory!
