"Ordered the black tea w lavender and a cardamom bun, superb combination and both were excellent. This bun is for real one of the most delicious things I've eaten. I sat in the shop for a few minutes just absorbing the morning, watching flurries through the window and reading the book titles - they've created a great atmosphere + delicious treats. Then I took my treats back to the Latchis Hotel to enjoy. Duchess was a highlight of my couple days in Brattleboro."

The coffee, I got an oat milk latte, was fantastic. So highly recommend. There is a small pastery selection ad well. Also, books! One of my favorite things is a coffee shop bookstore combo. Clearly the people here care about coffee and a place for people to come to and relax. Highly recommend!! Also, just note that the road is one way. So if you miss the shop you will have to go around. The signage says its a bookstore first. At least that is what caught my eye."
