"What was a good store for our community is now a disgrace. Expired food is a common occurrence and when you live 25 minutes away getting credit for the product is not a solution. Just got home with $7 Romano cheese 12 days past expiration! After 3 times this year I should know better to check every single thing that comes out of there. Every week the quality and cleanliness slide lower and lower."

The store was spotless, with clean aisles and a well-organized layout that made shopping a breeze. We were in and out quickly, thanks to how efficiently everything was arranged. "What a great concept: two pennies for the price of one. Then make your employees count all those pennies by hand. Then make your customers wait in line for over an hour to have their pennies counted. Then allow customers to cut in line in front of other customers politely waiting their turn. It should also be noted during that over an hour wait in line there was not a single employee there with a smile on their faces. Clearly a reflection of management, or lack thereof. And they wonder why they are the last ranked grocery store in brattleboro."

"This supermarket has some great stuff! Their meat department is excellent and their wine and beer selection too. I haven't had a lot of the prepared food, but what I've had was excellent supermarket fare, especially the stuffed potatoes by the butcher area. Prices are decent and shelves stocked. The people working there are fantastically nice, funny and know their stuff! I love food shopping and this place makes me very happy."
