from Google"I’m a BHS student, and a Chinese, and this is week 5 of my 🍴Student Eateries Series🍴 Today, I’m craving some Chinese food. So, I came here for dinner today. The atmosphere was pretty nice, two bathrooms near by, different types of seatings, and the music was chill. I ordered Dan Dan Noodles and some Black Pepper Steak for dinner today. I also ordered a sprite for the drink. The servers were quite friendly, but the waiting time was a little bit long for food, around 20-30 minutes. Also, the portion sizes were quite small for an expensive price, so I had to order Wonton Soup at the end to fill up my stomach. However, the taste and smell made it up for the portion sizes and prices. The black pepper steak was very flavorful, although a little tough to chew. The Dan Dan noodles and Wonton Soup both had incredible flavors. Overall, this is a more pricey restaurant, but the flavor and smell makes it up. This is also the only good Chinese restaurant, so, I recommend you go here if you crave some tasty Chinese food. Is it authentic? It’s definitely not as authentic as real Chinese dim sum, which has huge portion sizes. However, the dumplings here are very tasty, and could be compared to the flavor of a real dumpling back in China. Does this restaurant accept digital payment? Mostly. This restaurant accepts Apple and google pay, but may not accept apps such as PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, etc."
"Food: 3/5 The spare ribs, shrimp dumpling and steamed rice roll with pork were okay. Bok choy was mid but other dishes I ordered were either bland or too salty. Shrimp chive was too salty to my taste. You’ll prolly get bloated due to all the sodium they put in. Also don’t order the sesame noodle, very bland and not authentic. Service: 2/5. Asian female server or manager, Not sure if she had a bad day or what but she had some attitude. At least have some respect to your customer instead of eye rolling when asked for receipt. Other servers were super nice and attentive. I hope the 22% tip I gave would fix your attitude."
"We came for our anniversary dinner. We had Shabu Shabu which was delicious. It was our first time so they talked is through what to do. We purchased a bottle of sparkling wine which was why our bill was high. Food is delicious, fresh and plenty. I highly recommend."
"Delicious food, fun experience! We live in Maine and have eaten a lot of ethnic foods, but first time trying hot-pot. The employees were all super helpful and patient with teaching a couple of country bumpkins how to go about the steps. Overall, it was a really fun experience and the food was delicious! We will travel back specifically just to eat here again!"
"Conveniently located downtown Burlington near church street, it has a selection of almost 40 items for dim sum. Friendly staff and the service was excellent. Although dim sum is not served after 4pm, our server went to check with the kitchen and we got our dim sum! That’s what service is all about, especially for a restaurant… never turn customers away once they are already there! We ordered about 8-9 items from the menu and there were all good with the exception of 2 that were average compared to the rest. We recommend the green beans and pork and the fried shrimp wonton, they are really yummy. Definitely worth the detour while in Burlington, we will be back for sure."
