"The Happy Place Cafe is the sister brand to the Vermont Comedy Club and I was very impressed with both their coffee and their food. I ordered a chicken panini that had mozzarella pickled red onions and a red pepper aioli. Everything was well balanced both flavor wise and structurally. The side options were fries, sweet potato fries, chips or salad. Fries were perfectly salted, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The ambiance is relaxing but not stuffy and filled with laptops like most coffee shops. It’s a great place to hang out and I couldn’t recommend it more."
