"Everything was amazing! The wine selection was excellent, the food was fantastic. The lamb was some of the best I’ve ever had, the pan con tomate with prosciutto was perfect and made with bread from the bakery next door, the pasta was perfectly al dente and the flavors all work with each other so well. The white chocolate ice cream with caviar was an unexpected but fantastic pairing and the perfect way to end an amazing meal."

Easily the best selection of wines from around the globe in Vermont, a wonderful selection of artisanal cheese, meats, tinned seafood, olive oil and more. The restaurant has a very well curated selection of apps, small plates, and main courses with a unique selection of wines - outdoor seating during nice weather with a more casual selection of wines and food. "My wife and I stumbled into this place while out on the bike trail. Ari was an amazing host. He took the time to talk us through the right wine pairing for our snack selection and then coached us through a day drinking bottle selection for the beach and made sure we had everything to keep it cold. Super personable and attentive to our needs. Grateful we stopped here."
