"Glorious warm September day. We sat inside but the windows were completely removed/open to the sidewalk cafe. Excellent fish and chips, available battered and fried, or broiled. Tartar sauce is homemade and delicious. Most menu items can be made gluten free. Nice selection of craft brews on tap. The only drawback to this place is parking. Quirky, eclectic decor and super friendly wait staff."

The manager herself took care of us, and her warmth, kindness, and attention to detail went above and beyond anything we expected. We were welcomed with a champagne toast upon being seated such a beautiful touch to start our evening. The Beef Tartare appetizer was absolutely mouthwatering, setting the tone for the rest of the meal. I had the steak, my husband had the pork chop, and both dishes were cooked to perfection, rich, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The bartender recommended a wine that paired perfectly with our meals, it was pure gold. And just when we thought the evening couldn’t get better, we were surprised with a complimentary dessert that was truly chef’s kiss. Our hearts (and stomachs!) were full. We felt genuinely celebrated, and it meant the world to us. Leunig’s isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience filled with joy, care, and culinary excellence. We are so grateful for the memory and will absolutely be back. Highly, highly recommend!"
