What People Are Saying
from Google"It's a wonderful café, serving breakfast, lunch, and coffee, located on the mezzanine floor of Hotel Champlain. The breakfast menu offers coffee, pastries, and hot meals. I tried the Egg Muffin and it was delicious. I also had the Coffee Cake, which was great. However, the only issue I had was with the plates and utensils. I wish they were not made of plastic, as it made my eating experience less enjoyable and felt cheap."
"We stayed at the Hotel Champlain recently and decided to try Lily May’s Coffee & Cafe and it was delightful! The place is clean and inviting and the service was impeccable. We had the latte which was creamy and tasty, we also had the maple crusted sandwich and the battery street burritos— what a way to start the day! Even the bagel was fresh and delicious! If you are ever in the Burlington area you must give Lily May’s a try. Everything is freshly made and the whole operation is pristine! The prices are good and affordable too!"
"Very overpriced. If you stay at the hotel you get a $10 voucher, so everyone tries it out. But food quality is bad, my wife got a matcha latte - undrinkable. They had a buffet for $28 per person that was like the buffet some hotels would give you for free. At least it’s close to the hotel."
"I do not recommend it. The small cappuccino didn’t even taste like coffee, and the hot chocolate was also tasteless. I ordered the sweet potato hash, and it came as a dish heated in the microwave, and it didn’t taste good either. It’s expensive for low-quality products."
"I got the egg muffin and maple latte at Lily May's. Although the prices are sky high, the quality and taste of the food and coffee are supreme! Service was outstanding too!"
