"This store poisoned me with caffeine. I asked for a decaf drink but the person who took my order forgot to mark it as decaf, so I was given one with caffeine. I was suspicious because my heart started racing halfway through the drink since I’m very sensitive to caffeine so I went back to double check, and they admitted that they made a mistake. No apologies given, instead I was given an attitude by the person who made my drink because the person who took my order made a mistake."
