"A fantastic chocolate shop with an awesome variety of flavors, types, sizes that are fit for all sorts of occasions. I just love having some chocolate after dinner and NU makes some awesome stuff. The staff were very helpful and the facility was spotless. I also got to try 3 different free samples while I was there and noticed there are cafe style chairs to sit and enjoy the shop. This is a great store for chocolate lovers and gift givers alike."

I'm a local business owner of almost twenty years in Chittenden county myself, i am extremely familiar with good and poor customer service. I drove 37 minutes to your business from out of the area, because I like your product. We were at your store 20 mon before closing and were turned away and told that all the coffee machines were turned off already and that was common to turn them off before close (20 mim early??) and allow us to just shop, no drinks allowed. I do not need to call you and you will not be getting my business in the future. I highly encourage other people not to go here because of your lack of customer service, although your products are good, customer service needs work."
