from Google & Yelp"I was overall super happy and impressed with my experience at Willow's bagels. Although it took ~30 minutes to get our bagels, they were super good quality and tasted amazing. I would much rather wait a long time and get a good bagel than wait 10 minutes for a sloppy one. Service was good. It was super chaotic in there, and super busy, but obviously that is not their fault. The atmosphere inside was very intense and crowded. It was so busy inside, and it felt like there was nowhere to stand. Though, for the taste and price of the bagel and coffee, I will most definitely be back."

Bordering luke warm. This has happened several times across multiple days. I don't want to point fingers but the issue does seem come down to one female individual on staff. My wife has noticed too."
"I am in love with this spot! My husband and I went there every morning for breakfast when I was in town visiting my grandmother. They have so many awesome vegan breakfast options. We had a lot of fun creating new sandwiches every day. Thanks Willows!!"
