"I have a delivery here, great place. The guy is very kind. I arrived at 7:00 pm on 01/20/2026 and they assigned me a dock door right away, even though my appointment was scheduled for 2:00 pm on 01/21/2026. Basically, I unloaded early. Thank you very much—great place to deliver, serious and professional people ❤️🫡"

"I came at 21:40 for a 0200 appointment and had to wait until 0130. Maybe it's situational, and those people with great comments are lucky to have gotten in before their appointment, but I wouldn't publicize experiences that aren't systematic. You may get a flexible receiving office; you may not. Just come an hour before and save your clock. 20 pallets (light load) unloaded in an hour. Said they would call, but never did, I had to check twice. My experience was poor, not horrible, not great. Would not come again personally too remote, and not worth it."

"I arrived at Keurig Dr pepper/ Green mountain 2 hours early on a Saturday. They got me a dock and said they hadn't finished pulling my order. My appointment was 13:00 so I said that was fine. They have a drivers waiting area with free Green mountain coffee. There's a restroom and couple chairs. They got me loaded and I was on the road before 14:00. Easy in and out of there yard. Plenty of room to back up to there dock's"

They have overnight Parking they treat you so well was a BS• *overnight parking not allowed• *They don’t take you before your appointment• *they don’t work you in if you’re late• **so don’t waste your time. or believe others comments below. **Other then free coffee I don’t know what they’re doing for them, but honestly my experience here is the worst."
