"I really wanted to give this coffee shop 5 stars because the coffee is phenomenal and I appreciate the atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience with the workers have been far from exceptional. I’ve had to wait to order my coffee while the employee texts in front of me. I’ve watched as the employees prioritize socializing with their favorite customers over making my coffee. My order is almost always wrong or my order gets skipped."
