"This store sells overpriced items. I tried to return an item I received as a gift and the owner, Sarah wouldn’t let me return or exchange it. I do not recommend shopping at this store. Poor customer service, they leave customers dissatisfied and take people’s money and run with it. Sarah, when i tried to return this sweater, as i recall it was Feb. 11th, Stacy was the clerk. I explained this sweater was purchased as a birthday gift for me in November so i was within the 120 days of returning it.I think you need to learn to work on customer satisfaction and following your store policy as you stated."
