"Order ahead, as their ordering system makes no sense and you can get stuck behind people ordering 6-7 sandwiches. They desperately need to create a take out line separate from eat in or something. But, they had two people on call ahead orders, even though there was a large line that wasn’t moving fast. Also, just need a bit of training for the staff to move more efficiently and not do things like refilling condiments when customers are waiting and there’s enough to fulfill the immediate order. The sandwiches are quite good! The finely shredded cabbage is a great change up from lettuce. Bread is pretty good. Dressings were good. TL;DR Solid sandwich, order ahead."

"Honestly this was an experience. When we arrived the line was wrapped around the entire sandwich shop and we decided to wait it out. It was so worth it!! It was fun watching the entire staff with the hustle and bustle. They had an impressive system going. From the prep stations, refill station and then the crew tackling the sub line! We got the Hot Italian on a gluten free wrap. It was truly impressive. The wrap itself was so good, I would actually love to know what the brand is. We are so grateful this place was recommended to us and we will definitely return"
