"Curious what has happened to Olivia's sandwiches. I've had many of them and they have been good. Pleanty of filling. Today I picked up a turkey and cheese sandwich. It had one slice of turkey and one slice of cheese on dry bread. And I never thought a deli slicer could be adjusted that thin. To boot the price has risen significantly. I think it's time for a different sandwich spot."

"Ordered dinner tonight. Was told 30 minutes I said sure no problem as I was at work. I got there maybe 7 minutes before the "30 minute " quoted time. Went to the register to pay and then stood there patiently waiting for my order to be done. I was then addressed by a young female with blonde hair and a really bad fake tan going on.... she said are you Mike? In a really nasty tone in her voice. I politely said yes. She then proceeds in the rudest tone to tell me she told me half an hour the food isn't ready. I politely said sure no problem got here early and paid.... while preparing my order proceeded to give me dirty looks as she talked to her coworker saying how people need to listen better when given a time for their food loudly to ensure I heard her. Are you serious right now? Not acceptable especially when working in customer service. Next time maybe be polite and rub in your fake tan so you don't look like a oompa loompa ogre......will not be back to this establishment again."

"Went in for a late lunch with my wife to get some sandwiches and upon ordering the lady was irritated and saying she's never heard of a Philly cheese steak, then comes back and says it's going to be mess and barely edible been coming here for years and this was a horrible experience."

"They were SLAMMED today at lunch time. But everyone behind the counter were friendly and extremely helpful. I’m surprised how fast I got my breakfast sandwich (A+ btw) and checked out. I hope the owner reads this so I can say, ‘well done!!’"
