"This place is a Denny’s. I don’t know if the food was really good because I hadn’t in twenty four hours or if it’s because I was super tired but I enjoyed the food. The atmosphere was nice. Our waitress was really sweet and checked in often. Three of us got large portions of food for under $20 each. I mean it’s a Denny’s, what more can I say?"

"We were sat at least 5 minutes before another table and our server went to them first. We ordered two different chicken melts and the kitchen made two of the same sandwiches so we had to wait for them to fix it. One of the sandwiches was supposed to have onion rings but they both came with fries. After waiting 40 minutes for our sandwiches, we did not send it back to be fixed. We made sure we were not charged for the onion rings. The server did offer us each free desert to go, so that was good of them."

"Was unaware that Denny's in Rutland is somewhere called The Meltdown. The service was terrific - polite and attentive. The atmosphere was ok. The food was not as good as I'd hoped. We got the brisket and mac n' cheese and the brisket sandwich. The Mac n cheese tasted like flour and the brisket was mushy as though it had more fat than appeared. Haven't tried other food on the new menu, but if the quality is the same, I won't be back."
