from Google"A great deli in the heart of the mountains in Stowe. Grab some sandwiches and take a hike. They have excellent Reuben’s, Italian sandwiches, and breakfast sandwiches. We loved everything we had and bought some desserts to take away and some mustards as well. Reasonably priced, great shop. Outdoor benches available!"
"Twenty minutes after departure & consumption I was still obsessed. Stopped by when the wind blew me in & I couldn't be more thankful. Had a Curried Samosa & Raspberry Tart. The pastry was literally one of the best I've ever had. It legitimately was so impressive my mind was still processing it up until an hour after. I didn't cry, but it did trigger a mildly warm emotional reaction. Could legitimately be entered into a desert or baking competition. Next time I want to try the Linzer Torte. Highly recommend!"
"This was a great find on my way out of town. The corned beef sandwich was delicious, and the chowder was on point. The service was top-notch. Everyone was friendly. I even grabbed a couple of souvenirs while I was in there."
"Easily walkable location from our lodging. Not far from Chase Park, in case you want to picnic. From the moment you walk in to Edelweiss, you can tell this place knows its stuff. There were three customers there they called by name and one got big hugs. They greeted us with a smile as they served other customers. All while being quite busy. So nice! At the sandwich counter, the folks working there were fun, cheerful and patient as we tried to choose from all the yummy offerings. And those sandwiches!!! Fabulous ingredients, local & fresh. We highly recommend and will be back. Oh, and the entrance is gorgeous!!"
"Hands down the best sandwich & dessert options I've ever had. Highly recommended, very cheap prices for what you get, friendly staff. Picnic tables to sit on outside and enjoy the crisp Vermont air. Would absolutely come back here again and reccomend to everyone."
