"We went for lunch on a Sunday before our 5 hour drive home and it was a perfect place. Everything we had was so yummy. The decor is adorable and felt like I was apart of history and a big family. The staff was so nice and lovely. The coffee was the best coffee we have had in awhile eating out. We got a bag for home. We wished we had gone sooner so we could go more times over the weekend. This is definitely a return place for us next year."

"While staying nearby, we had a group of 4 looking for a late brunch. Our first options did not accept folks without a reservation. We stumbled across Round Hearth Cafe after just driving around. WHAT A FIND! This place is so unique. Absolutely 1 of 1. The food was fantastic. Breakfast basics, cooked to perfection. The breakfast potatoes and pancakes were delicious. The atmosphere was just so cool, it feels like a perfect representation of “Old Vermont”. I almost forgot to mention the true live fire in the middle of the dining room! I can’t wait to come back. I’ll recommend to anyone."

"We absolutely fell in love with this place. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was incredibly warm, cozy and calming. The fireplace in the center makes you never want to leave. Sitting by the fire with a coffee felt so peaceful and comforting. We had the buffalo chicken sandwich and the grilled cheese and both were absolutely delicious. Truly exceeded expectations. The coffee was great as well and the prices were very reasonable compared to NYC. Such a charming, relaxing spot with amazing food and a beautiful atmosphere. One of those places you wish you could stay in all day. Highly recommend if you’re in Stowe 🤍🔥☕️🥪"

"We visited Round Hearth Café on Saturday morning and instantly fell in love. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and warm—exactly what you want on a winter morning in Stowe. The oldies music mixed with Christmas songs makes you feel right at home, and the beautiful fireplace in the center of the café is so cute and inviting. It truly pulls the whole space together. We had the pleasure of ordering with Kierney, who was fairly new but absolutely wonderful. She was eager, attentive, and happily assisting another coworker who was also learning. Her biggest smile never left her face, and her positive, radiant attitude made our experience even better. Because of the welcoming atmosphere and Kierney’s joyful demeanor, we returned again on Sunday morning. We didn’t even consider trying another breakfast spot—our experience the day before was just that good. It was refreshing and inspiring to see two newer team members working so well together. Kierney mentioned how great it is to learn new things as a team, and that kind of attitude clearly reflects the values of a well-run business. "Still our favorite breakfast spot, year after year. The food is delicious, and the service is pleasant, helpful, and fast. I love the atmosphere with different styles of dining tables and a variety of classic fancy place settings. Of course, the fireplace is perfect to warm the fingers and toes after some time outdoors. This is a “must try” location that you’d regret skipping - so park in the back if the side lot is full!"
