"I normally don't leave reviews, but this place left a bad taste to our Woodstock visit. I had reasonable questions about the price of items and was met with "those are never on sale. Yhey're priced from the factory". I have no problem with that but the employee had an attitude saying, "you can keep asking but my answers going to be the same". As if I was nagging him about giving a sale price, which I was not. Some things simply had no listed price. I thought perhaps he was just joking around but I asked about another item and he told me to just check the tag and repeated that it's not on sale and touted that they're small owned shop. Again I was not asking for a discount, I just need to know the price before buying something. Turns out he was wrong about everything. That item had NO tag, had NO price and we found out that they WERE on sale. Horrible experience. I wanted to walkout with 2 items, but I decided to spend my money elsewhere."

"I was blown away by the level of customer service that James provided for a bike rental. I called to reserve one three weeks ahead of time, and for the next three weeks he would email me every few days to update me about the wet weather and trail conditions. They made me feel valued as a customer and I was impressed that James was so attentive for someone renting just one bike for one day. The day before my ride I popped into the shop and James and Linda went over my route with me and gave me lots of helpful tips about the trails. Five star experience and I’ll definitely rent from them in the future."
