"Just made an order of a jalapeno cheese breakfast bagel (super delicious and warm!), 16oz iced mocha with an extra shot of espresso (which was also super good and strong how i like it) and purchased a bag of their signature blend beans, at around 750am today. The lovely employee (Kat i think her name was), was super cheerful, kind and very welcoming. Customer service was top notch. I'll definitely be going here again!"

"Friendly service (even that they were busy), great coffee and the scone for me to enjoy at the table outside! Yeah sometimes we could use a bit pause in our daily life and appreciate things around us, and this is one good spot to do that"

"We were visiting from Seattle and stopped by to grab coffee on the way home. A young blonde woman was working. I wasn’t familiar with the offerings so I asked a few questions such as which coffee roaster they use, whether they have nitro cold brew, etc She laughed after my questions, was very impatient and had a terrible attitude. I thought I may have imagined it, but my boyfriend mentioned how terrible her attitude was as we drove away. I would expect better customer service at a small business where I would assume employees are treated well. Pros: The coffee was great and I liked that there was no wait. I still tipped despite the unpleasant experience. Hopefully she has a better day."

"It seems as if the coffee has gotten a little worse the past year or two. IDK if it's the coffee that they changed to or if it's the newer coffee barista's not making it as good? It's still (most of the time, depending on barista) good coffee just not as good as before."

"I was trying to avoid leaving a review but the other day I slurped this little guy up through my straw 🥴 I tried reaching out via email and left a voicemail for the available number to let them know incase this yellow jacket was in the syrup (health hazard for people with allergies) and to possibly get a refund. But the coffee before the wasp was good and the staff was really nice!"
