"Love this location. I went out of the way to come here this evening because my last visit was do welcoming and this time, Victoria was amazing! She made just to let me know what exactly to ask for and what should be rung up when i substitute ingredients. Everything was so neat inside also. I will continue to go out of my way and pass the three big foot javas from my house, just to come to this one."

"The drinks we got were all very good. Was mildly irritated that they would not except cash as payment, caused a minor inconvenience for everyone in the vehicle, but crime up in the area, I guess I understand. Service was accommodating and friendly."

"Pretty busy but they took time to chat and ask about my day. Service very fast but it was Friday around 10am. Mentioned the free Monday stickers too."

"I’ve been a loyal Big Foot Java customer for over 15 years, but I’m done. The biggest issue is how unbelievably slow they are. On both 9/20 and 9/21 I sat in line for 30 minutes just to get a drink. No coffee stand should take that long—especially when Good Vibes Espresso right next door is fast, friendly, and actually values customers’ time. To make it worse, they run promos they don’t honor. On 9/20, they emailed a $5 Red Bull (one day only) and a free 16oz drink good through 9/21. When I went that day, the barista asked if I wanted to use my free drink. I said no, I’d save it for tomorrow since 9/20 was supposedly the only day for the $5 Red Bull. She said “ok.” But on 9/21, after another 30 minutes wasted in line, they told me I couldn’t use my free drink on a Red Bull because it was a 24oz, not a 16oz — which makes no sense since the promo itself said FREE 16oz drink and they’ve always made my Red Bull in a 16oz with light ice before. Instead of honoring the promo (and what their barista told me the day before), they refused and then tried to sell me the same Red Bull for “$5 and change” — the exact deal they claimed was one day only. That’s inconsistent, misleading, and insulting to customers who already waste so much time in line. Big Foot Java has become slow, scammy, and careless. They’re clearly only throwing out promos to compete with Good Vibes Espresso next door, but the difference is obvious: Good Vibes is fast, consistent, and welcoming, while Big Foot drags you through endless lines and then makes excuses. After visiting this stand for over 10 years, I won’t be back."

"I'm pretty upset that I didn't even get what I ordered.I even asked him when he handed me my drink. If this was what I ordered, he stated, yes, I drove off and actually had to come back and ask, I thought this was what my drink was and then stated, oh my sorry, there's no purees and didn't even offer me a refund or anything. All he offered was to make me a new drink, but I'm sorry. I don't drink anything else but what I ordered, and i wasted giving a tip and my money for absolutely, nothing that I like."

"Today (11/24/25), dropped by at 1:00 PM and went to the drive-thru to place my order. Fortunately, we met Athena, and she provided excellent customer..."
