"What a cute shop! The atmosphere is amazing and they sell more than chocolate. They have coffee, fudge, ice-cream, beer, wine, and more! It is a shame about the bathrooms being off limits. However, i dont begrudge the staff for a rule put in place for THEIR safety. Also, theres are public restrooms nearby."

"Chocolate started at $3+/piece. Gift boxes starts at $22 for 6 pieces of truffles. I know this is weird, but I was craving for a soda, they have it here too! But Oh my, their hot beverage is better than starbucks. AMAZING! and chocolates are delicious! Different chocolate theme gifts available too, I bought some for Christmas for my loved ones."

"I stopped by for a coffee today and asked to use the restroom while the barista was helping someone before me. I was informed that they no longer allow even customers to use their restroom because, apparently, someone had hung out in there for a half hour, so management said "No more". Denying your supporting customer base the use of a natural need such as bathroom (especially when you sell food and drink) is NOT the way to solve this problem...That's the path to sending customers elsewhere (which is exactly what I did). Instead of punishing your customers, I'd recommend you enforce a (very reasonable) limitation of facility use for customers only."

"I love the chocolate and coffee here! I may be biased since I work here 😅 And just to let you know; employees are required to lock up and put up a "be back in 5 minutes" sign when we use the restroom. So please don't let the sign deter you from our store. We have seating outside that you are welcome to wait at until we return to open the doors."
