"Went to this coffee shop a couple days ago with my husband and baby. We were completely ignored. They definitely saw us because the person ahead of us told the barista to “go ahead and take care of them first” instead they made drinks. Not a problem but there weren’t many people in the store. No acknowledgement no “hey I’ll be right with you”. We ended up just leaving. My husband left a review so I didn’t feel the need to add to it because well maybe it was just an off day right we all have those but it should be addressed. Then the owner decides to be rude and like “ our first ever 🤓 ☝️”. Maybe just say “sorry you had a bad experience”."
