"Went to Mercurys Coffee Co. @ Bellevue for the first time. The set up here is absolutely amazing and lots of selections to choose from. Ordered a blended white chocolate mocha with soy milk and a warmed butter croissant. Very delicious and fresh tasting!!! The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it 😍!!!"

"Honestly one of my favorite local coffee chains, it took me a few tries but did end up finding my favorite drink - salted caramel cold brew. Staffs are super efficient and always nice, music is loud and super crowded most of the time so at least for me this is not a place for you to work or read a book."

"The staff were super nice and had good intentions! They meant to have us save money but in order to go that, need to spend more money (so that we could reach the minimum for some deal). However, once we reached the threshold for the deal, the server then incorrectly selected stuff on her cashier/iPad and it ended up requiring the manager’s help and turned into a whole thing. As for the coffee: mid. Cold brew was fine but doesn’t stand out. My wife loved her drink. Food: You should probably pass on it. They have A LOT of options. I had the bagel and lox. I didn’t finish the lox (which is saying A LOT because I almost NEVER leave meat uneaten and salmon is my favorite food…but this just wasn’t good). My wife had the quiche Your quiche was really just a meat pie with gravy…not at all the standard egg-based quiche we were expecting. It wasn’t very good either. Really salty."

"I visited Mercury Coffee Co and had a really nice experience. They have a wide variety of pastries, and honestly, it’s difficult to choose because everything looks so good. The coffee was excellent smooth, rich, and definitely worth it. The overall vibe of the place is warm and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. Overall, I’d rate it 4.5/5."

"Be ready for long line to order food and to find seating. It's a loud and busy place. But their food and coffee is good. I wish the small drive-throu coffee they have around Puget Sound area had better food like this place. It's weird that I'm saying this because you'd expect their food quality should be same since they are under same brand but it's not. Not sure why!"
