"So thankful for this coffee shop that its in the mall. Always looking for coffee whether out for movies or shopping In Bellevue malls. The place is always busy, which is a good sign that they have a steady flow of customers, and despite the hustle and bustle, service was impressively fast and friendly. The staff was welcoming and made sure my order was ready in no time, which I really appreciated, especially in a busy mall setting. As for the coffee, I have to say it wasn’t as strong as I’d hoped. It’s still a solid cup, but if you’re someone who prefers a bold, rich brew, you might find it a bit on the milder side if you didn’t go for an extra shot of espresso. That said, it’s definitely drinkable, and the overall flavor is pleasant. The real highlight, however, was the pastries. They were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and a perfect complement to the coffee. Tried grain free oatmeal cookie and in the past have tried a few different options, and each one was better than the last. Whether you’re grabbing a quick snack or settling in for a longer break, the pastries alone make this spot worth visiting."

"every time i do a mobile order, i’ll place it while im driving to work so it’s ready by the time i get there. when i arrive 15 minutes later, the baristas are behind the bar chatting and my drink wont be ready. every single time i have to ask them to make it and it’s incredibly frustrating. what’s the point of a mobile order if i have to go in and ask them to make my drink either way?? please be better about this idk how hard it can be. the sticker for my drink is always sitting right there too, they just don’t make the drink for whatever reason."
