"It’s cute, calm, and cozy. Such a cute coffee shop. The staff and owner are really lovely. The drinks are beautifully crafted, delicious, and are more health conscious. They have plant based and non-dairy options which I greatly appreciate. This iced mint matcha was so good! I’ve tried their version of Thai Tea in the past and remembered it being quite good. They don’t have many selections of pastries although they’re still quite good but are more dairy leaning items. Always love visiting this coffee shop."

"On Nov 23rd around 10am in the morning, I ordered the Van Gogh matcha special to-go for my friend, and we both immediately noticed it was extremely sweet. My friend and I go to the 11th Hour all the time, and we’ve had this drink many times—so we know exactly how sweet it should be. We honestly thought the barista might have made a mistake, so we went back politely and mentioned that the drink seemed much sweeter than usual. All she said was that she added “two pumps of lavender syrup” and that she didn’t do anything wrong. But it was definitely not two pumps—I could barely taste anything except syrup. I tried explaining again that we visit often and know the usual flavor, but she just repeated herself and told us it was our fault for not asking for "less sweet." She didn’t offer a remake, a refund, or even to taste it herself to see what we meant. She eventually remade it when we asked to, but she should have been the one offering, not putting the blame on us. I wasn’t even upset at first, because mistakes happen. But arguing with a customer instead of simply checking or offering a fix ruins the experience, and honestly, it ruins the coffee too."

"This place is so cute & everything was so good! Tried to mint matcha iced & the green light matcha iced and both were super yummy, with high quality matcha. Atmosphere was great. Highly recommend, especially if you’re a tea lover!"

"if youre never open how do you expect to get business. i gave up on this place after every time i was excited to stop by it was closed. apparently now they close even earlier. i’m honestly impressed that they can stay in business w commercial rates in this town being as absurd as they are running a schedule on less than 40 hrs. i feel bad for whoever works here and hope to God it’s not more than 1 person. they’d only work 5 hours a week for $16."
