"Absolutely great place to get a cup of coffee! Great service with a smile on their faces. Very very uplifting mood when walking in. They're ham and cheese croissant was excellent as well! Two enthusiastic thumbs up. Couldn't be happier with the service. Definitely a good change of pace considering the last couple places that I've been to. "Hubby and I dropped in for gas and he debated whether he wanted coffee or not, and I saw this place from the gas station across the street. I'm not sure if it's because of the Seattle Freeze or not but the Caritas working the counter were noticeably friendlier than we typically encounter. I will say, the Starbucks is more prominently placed on the road, and it was his first inclination if I hadn't caught sight from where I was, but it doesn't disappoint."

"I went into the store to purchase a drink and was immediately met with unfriendly staff. They prompted me for a tip on an obnoxious screen before I had even received service. I paid $8 for a latte and then stood there for over 10 minutes, only to discover my drink had been sitting ready the whole time with no one bothering to let me know."
