What People Are Saying
from Google"Whom ever took my drink order & then wrote it on the cup = A+ Whom ever prepared my my drink = D- Whom ever handed me my items = A+ Hard to truly rate as three people were involved. Paid $14 for disappointment and burnt my tongue. As “not too hot” was my main request and “NTH” was also written big on the cup."
"Ladro is hands down my favorite coffee spot! The service is always top notch, friendly, fast, and welcoming every single time. I can’t get enough of their Give Me Magic frap. It’s the perfect blend of rich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. I also never leave without picking up a bag of their Fremont blend beans to brew at home. Smooth, bold, and consistently delicious. Highly recommend!"
"The only complaint I have is they run out of my favorite foods. The turkey havarti croissant, and southwest burritos are amazing! I also love the staff here. The atmosphere is nice with all their windows and outdoor seating too."
"I used to LOVE coming to the Bothell location to work. It has a really nice atmosphere, so I sometimes drive all the way from North Seattle to come here. The coffees used to be delicious as well. The past two times I've come here, the espresso has been actually undrinkable levels of burnt and bitter. That was the case today, so I very politely asked for my latte to be remade, and the barista was so openly rude about it. Sighing, demanding to know "what EXACTLY" was wrong with it like I was making it up, arguing with me about it when another customer in front of me asked for THEIR drink to be remade and he didn't give her any attitude. I had to be like 'do YOU want to taste it then?' for him to actually remake it. He could've just pulled another latte in the time he spent arguing with me about it. I drove here to have a nice work session, and instead left feeling like I'd done something wrong by asking for a drinkable $10 coffee. The barista's behavior genuinely ruined my morning. I don't expect groveling when something goes wrong, I just expect basic respect. I expect 'okay cool I'll make you a fresh one' and that's it. Like I wasn't being rude or unreasonable for asking for my $10 coffee to not taste bad. This used to be a go-to spot for me, but I won't be coming back. Oh and the remade coffee was good. so it's not like you CAN'T do it."
"This is my favorite Cafe Ladro location. In fact, when I am in Seattle and have the opportunity to visit their other locations, I usually prefer other cafés in those neighborhoods. But, if you're on the north side, this place has the best coffee, the nicest employees, and an all around great vibe. Can't recommend it enough, and there's nowhere else nearby that holds a candle to it."
