"We came to google searching for a church for our growing family and found Eastside. 6 years later we are still here! Eastside has been a home and a shelter during the craziness over the pandemic and the aftermath. We have found a home based and focused on Jesus, led with love by the very humble and caring pastors: Russ and Ana. Tracy is the current and best pastor my kids have ever had! She personally knows and cares for them and her program and ministry is curated to really teach our kids in the ways of the Lord! The World Cafe on site not only serves up delicious drinks, you are also warmly welcomed each morning by Danielle who currently runs it. She always gifts a drink to newcomers ☺️👍🏽 If you aren’t convinced yet…. They use all of their profits (including tips) for missions! The love for their community is felt the minute you walk in! The greaters are authentic, the room reflects the growing diversity in Bothell, and the pastor always focus on unity and inclusion for everyone. For example, during the service they offer LIVE Spanish interpretation for our Latinx community. And just this past February we enjoyed a wonderful Black History month full of fellowship. "The main sermons seem innocent enough, and it seems like a great community, but they have female pastors. 1 Timmothy 2:12, if you believe women can’t preach in Christianity this isn’t the church for you. The pastor also said in his most recent sermon that the Holy Spirit told him to proselytize his coworkers, he did, and he was rewarded by God with a new job. If you believe that Gods rewards begin and end with the afterlife and that the only being in the Bible that offered quod pro quo for favors in this life was Satan, than this is also probably not the church for you."

"We have attended this church for many years. It is a very welcoming environment for me, my husband, and our children. The worship is dynamic and spirited, led by a powerful Gospel singer. Weekly teachings are in-depth and applicable to daily life. What I appreciate most, is the conscious effort towards diverse teams and concepts of racial justice through an equity and inclusion lens. This lens has helped to strengthen awareness and community representation, working to prioritize disparities and increase awareness. This has created a place where everyone benefits and belongs, walking alongside each other in Christ."

We’ve witnessed miracles within these walls and it became “home” for us very quickly - so much that my wife and I both volunteer as much as possible.
