"I ordered a Hawaiian Freeze and White Snickers, and they were both so sweet and probably not made right. The girl who was there said it was her first day. I am shocked that they had someone there alone on their first day. She went straight to a book on how to make the drinks but then just asked me to tell her what's in it and then she made them. I'm guessing she put too much flavoring inside. I have never been here, so I wanted to try it out. Unfortunately, my experience will send me to other spots."

"RUDE I see lots of other comments about this one specific baristas customer service, or lack of. Brunette hair past her shoulders. Shows no grace, another barista took over likely because she heard how rude the original barista was. The only reason I tipped was because the second barista w/short blonde hair overcompensated for the first gals rude tude with extra kindness. I feel bad for other baristas consistently having to work harder to over compensate for her terrible attitude, she should not be receiving tips. Something to remember is your in customer service, and your one of the first interactions people are having in the beginning of our long days. You have a responsibility to be have customer service skills and at the very least be neutral instead of rude. Maybe remember we haven't had our coffee yet and are tired. I had been coming here every day, now Iwon't be taking my hard earned money here."

You’d never guess it was late in her shift with how positive and professional she was. She made a great drink recommendation, and the service was quick and top-notch. She went above and beyond, and it really made my night. Definitely someone any team is lucky to have!"
