"I pulled into the gourmet latte number 12 at 5:23 AM. All the lights are on besides the open sign. I know that they open at 5:30 but the woman working brown hair glasses decided just to shut off all the lights completely and make it pitch dark inside the establishment for herself lol instead of opening up the window and letting me know that they open at 5:30 AM and giving me the option to wait or move on with my day! so I just thought that was a little rude as I am up this early in the morning a little communication would’ve been nice I did want a coffee and a few things to last my shift but I just grabbed a ham and cheese croissant and left I wish there was other coffee stands around here"

"Went in today 1/31/26 to get 4 drinks. After ordering the first, Americano style I proceeded with the rest of my order. With each drink I ordered the barista ( brown hair with glasses) kept talking over me. When she was making the Americano style coffee she started pouring milk in it. I stopped her and reminded her it was Americano style no cream. Her reply was “you should have said that when you ordered” I said I did and she started to argue with me. I told her she kept talking over me and she just continued arguing and being rude. I told her I won’t be back to that stand again. Our regular stand is the one on BEH. Never a rude barista there. Everyone is so sweet and kind."

"The coffee is good, and the baristas are great. My only gripe with this place is that the pricing is pretty misleading. A drink advertised for $5.50 quickly turns into $8+tip. They have a fee for credit card users, which I'm sure is 95% of their costumers. Although the fee is technically listed on their menu, in small text at the bottom, it's still misleading. I always leave a little frustrated at the cost."

"I wish there was literally any other coffee stand near by. The service is always terrible they’re always backed up and when you finally get to the window they act like your order is such an inconvenience"

"This place is great for breakfast. The food is of good quality and good for drinks. The service is amazing the people are kind and fun to talk to. The atmosphere is nice and cozy with the small hut signs/lights. The price is in the mid-high range. Also, the wait isn't too long as there are two sides to the place. It's also next to the handy mart so it's a convenient one stop shop of a area."
