"It pains me to write this because I used to really enjoy this place. It was almost a daily stop for me and my daughter. We've stayed in line even though we can see the car ahead of us has already been served and theyre still just chatting with the workers, I've been late to work bc of it. Or I've waited to be greeted while their chatting with ppl at the opposite window. The coffee and teas are not made at the same level with each barista, I'm told by one barista I have a free coffee but defer to use my points at that stop but when I go back a different barista tells me I don't have enough for a free coffee. Points are on their system, not a punch card. Today was my last straw. Barista forgot to add my flavor. She remembered after the latte was made and then quickly threw some syrup on top, stirred it and handed it back. The latte tasted burnt and had zero taste of added flavor. It's just sad. The coffee prices going up, and I'm trying to support small business but I can no longer support this one. Home drip it is and a small fraction of the price. Sorry girls."
