"Okay I’ve been back a couple of times for my morning commute drinks. I really tried to like the place because it features so many other small businesses. If the owner is reading this, I’ve only met 1 friendly staff here, everyone else just seemed like they have a bad day. The girl who made my drink didn’t even make eye contact with me. I figured she’s embarrassed to make my drink. Look at this photo. It’s laughable I’m sorry. I was looking at the January specials thinking they’re delicious but don’t care for icy drinks for winter mornings. But this guy really tried to sell me this drink instead of telling me I can order a Chai with a pump of peppermint syrup. I paid more than $10 with tips for a 12oz way too sweet Chai latte. And tell me how I’m supposed to walk on the ferry with my coffee lid like this. I had to wipe this off. We need more honesty in business because this drink is a disaster."

"i love this cafe! the staff is super nice and helpful. they have a great selection of drinks, with unique flavor combinations. they also have a great food selection. i’ve tried a few of their baked goods and they were all fresh. they even have fresh soups and sandwich options here. i like that they have other local vendor products for sale, as well. you can grab a nice gift while you’re stopping in for a drink. very unique and well ran cafe."

"I never leave reviews, but I had such a great experience! I felt very welcomed and had a lot of help picking out which beverage I wanted, as this was my first visit, I got the brindle brew and it was delicious!!! I’ve already recommended this to many friends in the area, especially my friends going to Olympic college!! This place has seating to study and offers such yummy drinks with amazing staff, please consider giving it a try:) - Also wanted to add that this place IS AFFORDABLE! If you’re buying for friends or family, this place has better tasting coffee than Starbucks (coming from a Starbucks barista myself) and wayyy more affordable."

"Read my other reviews. I am not one to give negative reviews. But this place sucks. First, I am the only person in line behind some guy that thinks ordering a morning beverage is a major life choice. No acknowledgement from the staff ten minutes intonwaiting. Second, same guy had a dog the size of a Shetland pony with him inside a restaurant. And before you say it, it wasn't a serve animal. It was unruly and slobbering all over. It's a restaurant. I do not believe pets the urinate and dedicate randomly, walk through it and pick themselves clean belong in a restaurant. It is not sanitary. Finally, this shop filled the space of Starbucks. But trust me when insay, they did not replace them. A really limited food offering, a low end build out. Just a poorly planned retail space. I assume many of the positive reviews are friends and family as this is never going to be a "go to" place. There is a very decent, service oriented coffee shop directly across the street. Just save yourself the grief and go there. Good food. Plenty of space and seating. Nice people.nonridiculous waits when there is a line."
