"I have been coming here for a very long time. I love the staff. They make the coffee just right and the prices are great! I have probably spent thousands here to be honest I'm sad to hear the employees are treated the way they are and now since the staff change is happening due to the way they are being treated 😠 I WILL NEVER patronize the stand ever again. Breaks my heart that such great loyal and dependable employees are left with unsafe situations terrible work conditions having no heat and can not be respected as they work so hard to keep the customers coming back. Shame on you.... You have lost several customer's and your staff will be treated and paid better somewhere else. Good for them! Sad for the Buckley community."

"The barista this afternoon 11/15/2023 was very pleasant, (I didn't get her name) however she did a wonderful job in serving both myself and daughter, she made our drinks perfect, the food was also very good, she was very patient while we decided on what we wanted and had a wonderful sense a humor while I was talking to her about not liking certain foods, i.e eggs and guacamole and she said she didn't either , so besides that I very much enjoy going to the Cafe elite. It is a very good place to go for coffee, smoothies and food, they just need teas. I will recommend thos lovely place to others and will return."

"I came to pickup a mobile order and the employee was standing at the window a drink in hand before we spoke so I asked if that was the DoorDash and they said they don’t understand so I showed them my phone and they read the customers name out loud and said again I don’t understand… I asked them do you have this doordash order and They said yes it’s in my hand…. Like seriously how did this conversation go so wrong! Why did you make this difficult? You clearly understood what I was asking the first 2 times. POOR SERVICE from whoever worked this morning."

"I usually love coming here but I am just in shock how one of the baristas was talking about another coworker. I think her name was sierra, but she was telling costumers not to come through if Jordan is working. These girls all seem so sweet but this type of behavior is unacceptable. Seems very immature."

"Tori Passaglia was extremely rude andunprofessional. Also messed my drink up, the remade one was worse than the first. Then had an attitude about it, blaming her coworkers for not restocking, the uncleanness, and lack of supplies. I do not recommend and will not be back due to Tori."
