"I have been coming to this coffee shop for one week while I work an earlier shift than normal. I am waking up at 2 AM this week and by the time I get to Bigfoot it’s about 2:40, the only reason I came here is because it’s the only thing open at this time. My experiences this week have been half great and the other half extremely disappointing. Monday and Wednesday morning I had an awesome lady with great customer service help me. Tuesday and Thursday, not so much. I asked the first girl, the one with great customer service, about the lady from Tuesday who seemed extremely off-putting and rude in her mannerisms. She said the only thing that she can think of is that she is 7 months pregnant so that could be it. I agreed and wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Thursday morning (today) I stopped in and saw it was the lady from Tuesday with a less than pleasant attitude. I felt like maybe today would be better, got to the window all she said was what can I get you, mind you she was sitting with the window already open when I pulled up. I asked her how she was doing and all she did was stare at her screen and ignore me. I ordered my drink and food while the entire rest of the exchange just seemed cold and like I was irritating or bothering her just by being there. This is exactly how I felt on Tuesday. It’s safe to say, I won’t be back. I mean shoot lady, I don’t want to be here this early either but thanks for altering my day with a negative start. Honestly I thought she might have spit in my drink or something since I didn’t watch her make it. All I wanted to do was close my window and get far away from the whole awkward, unnecessarily tense exchange. I’d like to think she didn’t spit in it so I’m going to drink it but the fact that thought crossed my mind just by the exchange is telling in itself. I hope she is ok, I just keep telling myself maybe she’s got something in her life that’s making her unhappy with the rest of the world. And I get it but man, that is not good for business."

"i’ve always been a loyal customer but there’s this specific worker i’ve only ever encountered that’s so rude, disrespectful and has the worst attitude possible. i’ve heard her name was something along talia, she purposely makes the drink wrong after politely repeating it a few times then refuses to remake it, always gives me and others really bad dirty looks and this has happened way too many times. overall only she ruins me and other’s experience at this location otherwise everything else is really great and the other workers are the sweetest."

"I just seen someone else made a review about it and I had the same experience, probably with the same women. She had a bad attitude and she’s always mugging and just looks sad overall. Other than that you can always expect your drinks to come out good! Those never disappoint"

"Original post- Emma made my Red Bull and made my day! She was fantastic, I can't believe she wasn't in charge. The manager Kaitlyn seems to drive away all the good baristas. I personally miss the smiles and good attitude from the girls. When I went last week, Kaitlyn had a bad attitude and we could hear her yelling into the phone. Truly disappointed in the complete drop in quality."

"This used to be my go to place always but with the whole bunch of new hires recently ive been disrespected, getting windows slammed in my fac , orders done wrong and just more workers being rude. It takes longer to get drinks waiting in line for long time. I got 4 drinks and not one tasted right. Most of them drinks off the original menu with no modifications and nasty tasting cold foam. im not sure whats going on but they need some quality control ASAP. There was a mexican barista with black hair she was very rude, pure attitude. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and disrespected. My sister cant have dairy ordered substitute milk but she gave her dairy and she couldnt even drink her drink do better bigfoot java!"
