"I came here for the first time today. It is a cute little neighborhood coffee spot. They have walk-up and drive thru options. They also have many outdoor tables where you can enjoy your drinks and pastries. I ordered a 12 ounce soy hazelnut latte. The price was $5.05. The barista was very nice. I will be returning."

"So. Cute!!! Fresh off the plane and 10 minutes from the airport, on the way to the Sound. Fantastic find! The girls behind the counter are so sweet and the coffee is delish! We are sitting outside, in the sun, at an adorable little bistro table, the air is fresh and it’s only 64 degrees at 9:30 on an August morning!! So far, we LOVE Seattle!! lol The restroom is clean as is the patio/deck area. Lots of parking and a drive thru. Lovely, lovely spot."

"This isn’t a coffee shack, it’s a community. The coffee is great, the snacks are standard and yummy. But it’s the people that make this place special. The staff is - every one of them - wonderful people who are pleasant and engaging, and the locals that hang out here with their friends and dogs are kind and cool. Today I had a lovely long conversation with Kaitlyn during a lull in customers. We chatted about community and service, and how important those ideas are to us. It’s not everyday I get to have a deep and meaningful conversation with someone two generations behind me, but that’s the kind of environment The Bean creates. Spend your money here, but also spend some time. This is a special place in our community."
