Overall , the coffee and food offerings keep us coming back & the ambience has us lingering over our cups. Gaucho Coffee Shop is just what Cashmere needed! A great spot to meet with friends, grab a quick to go cup, or to catch up on a good book. The children's area in Gaucho is a thoughtful space for the young and older. "We just found this place on a trip to the west side this summer. It is now our favorite place to stop and recharge. The coffee is really good, service is excellent, but the food is not to be missed. I definitely recommend the rosemary salted bagel and the savory scone. The historic building has a great feel and is inviting. "Wow, this place is truly phenomenal, we got coffee which was incredible. Then we also got a breakfast burrito and a breakfast sandwich that all seemed homemade. My wife got a red white and blue latte that had homemade blueberry syrup. Amazing and definitely will be back. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, will definitely be back!"
