"Used to be an every day customer. Then prices increased. Was still a frequent customer. Then burnt shots became more frequent, especially when the regular baristas weren’t working. Then they started using the Joe app. Tried to order sugar free for my diabetic husband but they don’t even have 1/2 the SF syrups listed on their menu in the app. It’s inconvenient and annoying and I miss the punch card. I’ll be looking for a new coffee shop."
