"Thomas Hammer Coffee might have made me the worst cup of coffee I have ever experienced. I am a student at EWU, and occasionally I like to go down to the Library to get a cup of coffee. Typically my cup is smooth and delicious. But today, they made me the worst cup of coffee and I don't understand why? I asked for a 20 oz Americano, with Cream (not 2%) and Raspberry flavoring. When I received my cup, it had almost no cream and was barely flavored. When I sipped it, it tasted like someone pissed in it (I like Black Coffee by the way). Honestly, I wish I had gone down there and asked for my money back because I regret having spent $7 on a gross cup of coffee. The nasty drip at Dutch Bros is better than this, and I'm sad to see that. This experience simply ruined it for me. From now on, I will be bringing a thermos with my own coffee blends from home, and ditch spending any money on behalf of convenience. This was so sad for me."
