"WHAT?!?! This place is a national treasure! Stayed in the area after a DMB concert and found this place - as it is the only place around - on a search for breakfast. Pulled up and it is inside of a Sinclair gas station. Do not be fooled by their deceptive marketing tactics. This place is a hidden gym. Well, it was to me. Let’s start with a staff. Some of the friendliest, most attentive, kind people on the planet. I’m just gonna stop right there because that’s the truth. Everyone in the place workers and customers were so kind. The food is all made in the back by a woman affectionately known as superwoman. I don’t know her name, but I definitely know one of her superpowers is baking some of the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. They came out warm and they seemed excited for us to try them. They did not disappoint. Unbelievable. I got a breakfast sandwich, the Sunrise. The bagel was made by the Super Chef herself so you can imagine how good the bagel alone was. Egg, bacon, avocado, and tomato. It didn’t need a tomato, but who might tell Superwoman how to make a breakfast sandwich. Coffee is fresh and there is a bucket you just throw your cash into on the honor system. I’d say I highly recommend this place but actually I’m demanding that if you were in the area you find a way to get here. One of the highlights of my trip."

"The best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had on a gluten free brioche bun that was DELICIOUS and the pumpkin spice latte was perfect. Not too sweet, not too much cinnamon. Amazing!"

★★★★★

"Perfect stop for us this am for breakfast. The vibe, service and staff were 10/10. The flowers give it the perfect touch. Kid friendly. Great place!."

"We stopped here on our way back to Spokane from Chelan. We ordered the chicken strip basket, turkey club, espresso shake and a white chocolate mocha. It was all phenomenal. The chicken strips were crispy and breaded well, the sandwich was delicious, and the coffees were excellent. I highly recommend this stop if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat or need to make a coffee stop."

"We almost missed this bistro because we thought it was the gas station convenience store. We were glad to stop in and try this. Bacon cheeseburger and the ABLT were delicious and don’t forget the pie! Service was excellent. Warm and inviting atmosphere. Must try!"
