"I was in town to attend concerts at the Gorge and kept passing the Red Silo. How stylish and appealing. I stopped by and had a Mocha and it was great. She also made a Strawberry - Banana Smoothie for my sis. She said it was the best smoothie she’s ever had. The young lady working was so nice and efficient. I’d be a regular if I lived in the area. Keep it up you have a great business."

"I'm telling you this is a really good place to get your coffee. It's the red silo as you are going out of Ephrata towards soap lake, left hand side. They hire high school students and have a great manager! They are right next to DK's burgers. So if you're stuck in line at one of the coffee huts in town the red silo coffee roaster is just a minute there and you're in and out through the drive-thru."
