"My only complaint is the straw situation. Twice I have ordered Pickup via DoorDash and toggled the "include utensils and condiments" but didn't think they don't interpret it that way. I never had issues from other coffee stands not providing straws. Anyway first time when I asked for one after not getting a straw, the Barista responded saying I needed to make a request for it. Like when did I need to do that? Where does it say that on the DoorDash? Second time I didn't ask for one because they never offered. So yeah I am so confused...🤷🏻‍♀️"
