"Reasonably priced drinks and pastries. Parking can be tricky as it is street parking on a busy downtown road. There was a funky smell that hit me when I walked in. The other person in my party noticed it too. Once you are in the building you dont notice it though. Interior is minimal decor. Fresh look. Some gift options and plants for sale."

"I’ve been coming to Sobar since even before their official grand opening and I’ve enjoyed my experience every time! They have delicious menu items and drink options as well (my fav being an oatmilk iced matcha with vanilla and strawberry cream cold foam🤩) !! The baristas are great, I’ve received such great customer service in every visit, definitely the best local cafe in Everett!! Also a plus is they have a variety of little goodies to shop from while you’re they’re! Definitely check it out if you’re in the area!! :)"

"A newer coffee shop on Colby Avenue across the street from Costal bank. Had a chance to stop for coffee and breakfast today. Service is prompt and friendly. The coffee is great, made on a La Marzoca espresso machine. Lots of coffee and non coffee options. The croissant sandwich is delicious, light and flaky. We are lucky in Everett to have many great coffee shops. Sobar is a calm and peaceful space to relax. Space to sit with people or to pause and have a moment to yourself. Make sure to look at all the neat gifts, books, and new things for sale on the shelves. It is thoughtfully curated with unique items."

"We celebrated my mom’s birthday here, she loved it very much! She kept saying how she didn’t want to leave!! Customer service was 10/10, Viktoriya was friendly and helpful. We ordered a caramel latte and earl grey matcha, and the chocolate croissant, almond pinwheel & dill scone. Which all tasted very delicious!"
